About the Role
You will own the technical pre-sales motion and deliver technical excellence for customer accounts. You will translate complex requirements into scalable architectures that blend data pipelines, APIs, automation, and AI-driven workflows. You will design and present proofs of concept, integrate and test implementations, document technical requirements, and provide hands-on integration support. You will run discovery calls, demonstrate APIs and architectures, troubleshoot integration issues, and advocate for product enhancements based on client needs. You will work asynchronously across time zones and prioritize timely delivery of integration documents and contingency solutions for urgent client issues.
Requirements
- Professional experience in pre- and post-sales roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer
- Exceptional customer-facing skills with the ability to empathize with technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to customize API-based SaaS products at scale, including implementation, testing, and launch
- Comfortable scripting in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Javascript, Typescript)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks independently
- High initiative and proactive approach to identifying opportunities for technical and process improvements
- Previous experience in AI development and familiarity with workflow orchestration or automation patterns in SaaS platforms
- Candidates located in Singapore, South Korea, or Australia
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end solutions for customers
- Translate complex requirements into architectures that blend data pipelines, APIs, automation, and AI workflows
- Lead technical discovery and document intricate technical requirements
- Design, build, and demonstrate proofs of concept and validate AI-enabled workflows
- Present APIs and architecture and provide implementation guidance and timelines
- Configure, integrate, test, and enable platform implementations
- Provide integration support and troubleshoot technical issues for clients
- Advocate for product enhancements based on client feedback
- Deliver integration documentation within 1-2 days
- Provide immediate contingency solutions for urgent client issues
