About the Role

You will assemble and integrate robotic end-effectors and electro-mechanical systems. You will test and troubleshoot hardware and software integration, calibrate sensors and actuators, support prototype development, document results and corrective actions, maintain robotic subassemblies, and manage tools and critical-part inventory.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience assembling, testing, and troubleshooting robotic systems
• Robotic component assembly and mechanical and electrical systems integration proficiency
• Fine-pitch soldering and thin cable assembly experience
• Actuator, sensor, and robotic control system calibration familiarity
• Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Troubleshooting and corrective-action skills
• Attention to detail with delicate components

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate robotic end-effectors, actuators, sensors, and electro-mechanical components
• Test robotic components and resolve hardware and software integration issues
• Calibrate sensors and commission actuators
• Assemble and test prototypes and provide R&D feedback
• Support mechanical and electrical engineers with actuator and sensor integration
• Provide worldwide technical support
• Document test results, system issues, failure analyses, and corrective actions
• Create technical manuals, SOPs, and maintenance guides
• Perform maintenance and upgrades on robotic subassemblies
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and firmware teams
• Maintain tools, equipment, components, inventory, and workspace organization
