Requirements
- 5+ years of infrastructure engineering experience
- Proven results building or scaling Layer 1 blockchain performance
- Experience planning and leading large projects with long-term impact on a system or team
- Strong technical judgment and task-prioritization skills
- Ability to solve complex engineering problems
- Experience creating and applying processes and tooling to increase engineering efficiency
