About the Role
You will lead propulsion engineers and technicians developing, integrating, testing, and operating flight-critical engine and thrust vector control hardware. You will coordinate with engineering and flight-test partners, guide propulsion trade studies, support investigations and flight readiness, and manage supplier-supported hardware and testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- 7-10+ years of propulsion system development, integration, test, or flight operations experience

Responsibilities
- Lead engine and thrust vector control development, integration, testing, and flight operations
- Support and mentor propulsion engineers responsible for engine modules and vectoring hardware
- Drive staffing, prioritization, technical execution, and schedule alignment
- Guide propulsion trade studies
- Coordinate propulsion integration with controls, airframe, and mission teams
- Support root-cause investigations, performance-anomaly analysis, design reviews, and flight readiness
- Drive technical rigor and accountability across propulsion activities
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners
