About the Role

As Project Manager for Directed Content in the Healthcare sector, you will act as the process and project management backbone of the Directed Content engine. You'll define the research scope and angles that guide your team of Analysts, drawing on insights from Directors of Research, Client Contributor feedback, user engagement data, and the AlphaSense platform to determine which expert profiles will deliver the most relevant insights to Expert Transcript Library clients. You'll also be responsible for the day-to-day productivity of your Analysts, coaching them on sourcing strategies and ensuring their work consistently yields high-quality results.

Requirements

• Ability to connect client challenges, industry trends, and company dynamics to identify the right experts and insights
• Comfort using qualitative and quantitative data and tools such as AlphaSense and Tableau
• Deep expertise in Healthcare (Expert Insights) with comprehensive understanding of companies, market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging themes
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive self-starter mindset with ownership of outcomes
• Focus on scaling processes, improving workflows, and maximizing team impact
• Ability to build strong relationships with Directors of Research, Client Contributors, and other stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert in Healthcare, staying ahead of key industry trends, companies, market developments, regulatory changes, and investment themes
• Launch and manage research projects across the Healthcare landscape aligned to client demand, sector priorities, and evolving market dynamics
• Define research angles, expert criteria, and vetting questions to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Review and approve expert profiles, providing feedback to maintain a best-in-class expert network
• Run regular team huddles, track project progress, and manage workload allocation across Analysts
• Monitor project activity, scheduling, compliance, expert engagement, and key performance metrics
• Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and support to elevate Analyst sourcing quality and execution
• Collaborate with Directors of Research, Sector Leads, Client Contributors, and Contributor Relations teams to align on client needs and emerging opportunities
• Refine knowledge resources, support onboarding, and strengthen team-wide expertise within the coverage area
