About the Role
You will serve as a strategic leader and galvanizing force within the product and technology organization, moving beyond team coaching to influencing the organization at scale. You will partner closely with senior leadership to drive business agility in a heavily regulated industry, framing challenges for product, technology, and business leaders. As part of the agile coaching team, you will lead and deliver complex organizational change, mentoring leaders, coaches, and business stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach with hands-on experience coaching multiple teams ideally in complex product led orgs
- Highly skilled communicator and facilitator who can adapt their stance
- Proven experience influencing and coaching senior leadership, including EMs, PMs, and Heads of departments
- Experience helping new teams form and setting them up for success
- A data and hypothesis-driven approach
- Ability to manage and collaborate with product, technology, UX and functional stakeholders from Operations, Risk and Growth
- Ability to navigate complexity quickly to solve seemingly impossible challenges
- Exceptional ability to manage and resolve complex cross-team dependencies and systemic bottlenecks via systems thinking
- Expert-level conflict mediation and facilitation skills
- A strong toolkit of various Agile methodologies applied in a framework-agnostic manner
- Background in driving organizational agility and large-scale cultural transformations in tech-led environments
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Ability to handle resistance to change and guide teams through transition from traditional to Agile practices
- Experience working in a regulated environment like financial institutions is a bonus
- Experience as a Program Manager or program manager stance is a bonus
