About the Role

You will plan and supervise daily site operations, shifts, and task assignments for teleoperators. You will track collection KPIs, maintain dashboards, prepare reports, identify risks and corrective actions, and coordinate with service engineers and stakeholders. You will also support task setup, data-quality checks, inventory, logistics, administration, robot deployment planning, and spare-part coordination.

Requirements

Degree in business, engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations, production planning, or team supervision
Organizational skills
Excel or Google Sheets skills
Data-driven KPI reporting skills
English communication skills

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily site work, shifts, and teleoperator task assignments
Supervise on-site execution and resolve operational issues
Track collection KPIs and maintain KPI dashboards
Prepare daily and weekly reports for project stakeholders
Analyze KPI deviations and drive corrective actions
Act as the main contact between the site team, service engineers, and stakeholders
Support new data-collection task setup and operator training
Assist with collected-data quality checks and provide feedback to operators
Support inventory, site logistics, and staff administration
Support robot deployment planning and spare-part coordination
