About the Role
You will set up new data-collection tasks with R&D, create SOPs and success criteria, and prepare scenes, objects, and pilot runs. You will train teleoperators, define and monitor quality standards, investigate defects, and improve workflows. You will also support daily site planning, KPI reporting, inventory, logistics, and production-resource planning.
Requirements
- Degree in business, engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, production planning, or team supervision
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and KPI reporting
- Good English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Set up new data-collection tasks with R&D
- Translate research requirements into SOPs and success criteria
- Train and onboard teleoperators for new tasks
- Define quality standards and perform quality control on collected data
- Document defects and root causes and follow up on issue resolution
- Improve task procedures and quality-control workflows
- Support site planning, shift coordination, KPI tracking, inventory, logistics, and resource planning
