About the Role
You will support the daily delivery of AI science residency and policy fellowship programs. You will coordinate selection processes, training, travel, events, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement. You will also help develop partnerships, identify project opportunities, and complete assigned administrative and special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of professional experience in science or government affairs
- Experience in program or project management or policy-related work
- Written and verbal communication
- Administrative tools including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Organization, accountability, priority management, and deadline management
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of program activities
- Support selection processes, training initiatives, stakeholder coordination, partner engagement, and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements for experts placed in state government
- Coordinate event invitations, materials, RSVPs, budgets, timelines, and advisory committees
- Guide venue selection and event design
- Cultivate relationships with government offices, partner institutions, legislators, professional organizations, and experts
- Represent CCST in stakeholder meetings
- Identify project opportunities, funding sources, and strategic partnerships
- Perform assigned administrative duties, special projects, meetings, training, and committee work
