About the Role
You will support production continuity through materials kitting, inventory control, additive manufacturing operations, post-processing, quality inspections, and preventative equipment maintenance. You will organize assembly kits, track consumables, follow standard operating procedures, and maintain production readiness throughout the one-year contract.
Requirements
- Ability to master new technologies, software interfaces, and production workflows
- Ability to identify minor defects and follow complex standard operating procedures
- Ability to use basic hand tools for maintenance and post-processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and move production components
- Inventory tracking, kitting, and multitasking skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of a 3D printer fleet
- Extract parts, restore build plates, and reset hardware
- Clean and finish robotic components for integration
- Perform incoming and post-production quality inspections
- Organize assembly kits and provide required sub-assemblies
- Conduct preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Monitor critical-part and consumable inventory
