About the Role

You will convert S&OP plans into capacity-constrained production schedules. You will manage planning time fences, assess manufacturing capacity, coordinate inter-site handoffs, translate network plans into site targets, track schedule adherence, analyze deviations, and present planning insights in S&OP reviews.

Requirements

3–5+ years of production planning, detailed scheduling, or master scheduling experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of MPS and MRP logic, finite capacity planning, and ERP scheduling modules.
Ability to present capacity constraints, trade-offs, and adherence metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Convert S&OP plans into time-phased master production schedules.
Assess capacity feasibility during supply and capacity reviews.
Set and enforce planning time fences.
Track inter-site handoff timing.
Translate network MPS into site-level targets.
Track schedule adherence and analyze deviations.
Present capacity, constraint, and schedule-adherence insights in S&OP reviews.
