About the Role

You will triage and resolve production incidents using logs, telemetry, and profiling. You will write Python or Go automation, improve monitoring and alerting, participate in on-call rotations and post-mortems, and support reliable compute, storage, or networking infrastructure.

Requirements

CS or EE degree, bootcamp, or equivalent hands-on experience
3 to 5 years of working proficiency in Python or Go
Familiarity with Linux processes, networking, filesystems, and hardware-software interaction
Comfort participating in an on-call rotation
Strong communication skills
Interest in infrastructure and systems reliability

Responsibilities

Triage and resolve production incidents
Write Python or Go automation, remediation scripts, and health checks
Build and improve monitoring, alerting, observability, and telemetry
Participate in on-call rotations and blameless post-mortems
Support the health and reliability of production infrastructure
Run validation testing on infrastructure changes before production
