About the Role
You will build and operate observability data pipelines, correlation engines, health checks, infrastructure APIs, and a production control plane. You will manage fleet state, SLOs, site lifecycle integrations, and hardware onboarding, including ZTP, DHCP, DNS, and artifacts.
Requirements
- Experience shipping production services used by other teams at scale
- Experience with LLM APIs, MCP servers, agentic frameworks, and AI coding tools
- Ability to run incidents, write postmortems, and fix systemic causes
- Experience designing scalable APIs
Responsibilities
- Build and operate observability data pipelines, correlation engines, and health-check frameworks
- Design infrastructure API contracts and tooling
- Build a production control plane for machine management and distributed command execution
- Own fleet state, SLOs, and lifecycle integrations
- Integrate new hardware and sites using ZTP, DHCP, DNS, and artifacts
