About the Role

Improve operational processes for crypto products, coordinate cross-functional projects and launches, identify and resolve process gaps, optimize workflows with AI, support customer-facing operations, monitor operational metrics, and ensure products remain efficient, scalable, and compliant.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in crypto product operations, crypto operations, or a related field.
Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and the regulatory landscape.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows.
Strong attention to detail and a risk-aware, problem-solving mindset.
Resourcefulness in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Support and refine crypto product operational processes.
Collect, prioritize, and communicate product-related challenges.
Partner with Product Managers on cross-functional execution.
Use AI tools to optimize workflows.
Support customer communications, translations, pricing comparisons, and product remediations.
Equip customer support teams with tools, training, and context.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements through automation and enhanced tooling.
Monitor operational metrics and address performance issues.
