About the Role

You will own and evolve positioning and messaging for Claude's core knowledge-work products. You will create sales enablement, buyer narratives, ICP and persona frameworks, website messaging, and use-case libraries. You will work with GTM, marketing, and partners to maintain consistent materials, and build AI-native systems that keep product-marketing foundations current.

Requirements

• Experience owning positioning and messaging for established software products
• Writing and storytelling skills
• Experience building ICP and persona frameworks
• Experience building sales enablement assets and working with sales teams
• Ability to operate autonomously as an individual contributor
• Systems thinking
• Experience using Claude and AI workflows for product marketing
• Experience marketing AI or productivity software
• Analyst relations experience
• Plans and pricing presentation knowledge

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for core knowledge-work products
• Build sales enablement assets and objection-handling materials
• Create buyer proof points, comparisons, and narratives
• Develop ICP and persona frameworks
• Own website and product-page messaging
• Build product and persona use-case libraries
• Maintain consistent materials across GTM, marketing, and partners
• Build AI-native systems for product marketing workflows
• Contribute to plans, pricing, and analyst relations materials
