About the Role
You'll join Stellar Development Foundation's product team to help shape the next chapter of the Stellar network. This is a generalist product role, so depending on your strengths and where the ecosystem needs you most, you could own work spanning the core protocol, enterprise payments and tokenization, DeFi, developer experience and tooling, or the emerging surface of AI agents transacting on-chain. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with world-class engineers, designers, and ecosystem partners to take ideas from problem to shipped product. In your first 30 days, you'll ramp on the Stellar network, meet your counterparts, and ship a first small improvement end-to-end. Within 90 days, you'll own a product area, build a prioritized roadmap, and establish a steady delivery cadence with your team. You'll be expected to use AI tools extensively to accelerate discovery and delivery, generating prototypes, mockups, and working demos to validate ideas before committing engineering time.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience shipping software products end-to-end
- A track record of using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, v0, and similar) to accelerate your work, including building working prototypes
- The ability to translate user needs and pain points into both a long-term vision and near-term technical requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort with technical products and ambiguity
- High user empathy and a high bar for quality

- Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality products with urgency
- Measure product impact after launch
