About the Role

As a Product Manager on the Internal Tools Team, you will define and build the systems, platforms, and automation that power how teams operate and engage with customers. You'll own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes of internal products that enable teams to execute on company-wide strategy at scale. You'll identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making, lead zero-to-one development of new internal products from concept through launch, and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, Finance, and Legal teams. You'll gather feedback from internal users, leverage data to inform decisions, and communicate insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product management experience delivering web-based products, ideally in SaaS or communication tools
  • High agency and ownership with a willingness to tackle problems end-to-end
  • Enthusiasm for AI, with understanding of AI systems including autonomous agents
  • Experience in fast-paced technical environments working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch
  • Strong collaboration skills working with engineering, design, AI, and marketing teams
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and data visualization tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience leading development of new products from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the vision and roadmap for internal platforms and automation
  • Identify and implement opportunities to apply AI and automation within internal workflows
  • Lead the end-to-end development of new internal products, platforms, and systems from concept through launch
  • Own the adoption, performance, and measurable impact on key business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, Finance, and Legal teams to identify needs and define requirements
  • Act as a product evangelist internally and externally to ensure buy-in across the organization
  • Engage directly with internal users to gather feedback and insights
  • Leverage product, usage, and business performance data to inform decisions
  • Analyze product metrics and user behavior to uncover new opportunities for growth
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions
