About the Role
You will shape the product roadmap and help deliver AI-driven tools that support knowledge work. You will engage customers to understand their needs, set direction and priorities, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and establish scalable processes as the product organization grows.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product-management experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience with collaboration, productivity, or ML and ranking tools is a plus
- Strong technical background and analytical thinking
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of ownership, initiative, and results delivery
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Understand customer knowledge needs through direct customer engagement
- Develop product-roadmap priorities that align customer needs and product vision
- Give product teams context, direction, and alignment
- Drive customer-focused decisions, prioritization, and execution
