About the Role
You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment products serving EMEA markets. You will identify regional opportunities, translate technical challenges into product plans, prioritize investments, collaborate with commercial and technical stakeholders, and guide products from discovery through launch and adoption.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of Product Management experience
- Deep understanding of the EMEA product landscape
- Experience ideally in payments or fintech
- Ability to identify merchant pain points and regional opportunities
- Data driven decision making and comfort with complex datasets
- Strong prioritization skills
- Understanding of payment flows and EMEA payment methods
- Understanding of PSD3 PSR3 Open Banking and the Digital Euro
- Experience creating go to market strategies and driving product adoption
- Ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable roadmaps
Responsibilities
- Own the vision and end to end roadmap for EMEA payment products
- Identify market specific opportunities across EMEA
- Translate regional opportunities into product strategy
- Work with technical leads and engineers to build scalable payment infrastructure
- Prioritize product investments based on merchant value
- Coordinate engineering commercial finance operations and partnerships stakeholders
- Identify payment lifecycle friction and develop merchant solutions
- Guide product discovery goal setting go to market and adoption
- Measure product launches and adoption
- Identify changes in the European payments landscape
