About the Role
Own trading product experiences and underlying mechanics, including margin models, funding rates, liquidation logic, risk parameters, order flow, execution feedback, position management, and settlement. Lead product discovery, PRD development, cross-functional alignment, delivery, and post-launch review.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience or equivalent quant/trading experience
- Understanding of margin, leverage, order types, market microstructure, risk management, and P&L mechanics
- Ability to reason through mark price, funding rate, and liquidation price formulas
- Strong quantitative or analytical foundation
- Strong technical intuition regarding system architecture and data flows
- Excellent communication and precise PRD-writing skills
- High agency and execution velocity in ambiguous environments
- Genuine passion for crypto and trading with active use of trading products
- Proficiency in Mandarin required
- Derivatives experience, risk-parameter design, Python, SQL, crypto exchange, trading firm, or fintech experience are pluses
- Fluency in English preferred
Responsibilities
- Uncover trading-experience needs through user research, behavioral data, community feedback, and conversations with active traders
- Benchmark crypto and traditional finance products to identify opportunities and improve competitiveness
- Build and refine the end-to-end pre-trade, trade, and post-trade experience
- Write rigorous PRDs and align engineering, risk, quant, design, and compliance teams
- Own the project lifecycle from requirements definition through launch validation and post-launch review
- Apply quantitative reasoning to trading mechanics including margin, leverage, funding rates, and liquidation
