About the Role
You will translate product vision into scalable, user-centric Web3 and DeFi solutions. You will own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimisation, run experiments and analyse performance, and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations and legal to deliver commercially viable, usable and feasible features such as token sales, staking and governance tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience in Web3
- Hands-on ownership across the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimisation
- Working knowledge of the Solana ecosystem; exposure to Rust-based on-chain programs is an advantage
- Experience collaborating with commercial teams to drive revenue-linked product initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, experimentation and user insights
- Ability to contribute to strategic planning and creative product initiatives
- Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder influence skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver product solutions aligned with product vision and ecosystem roadmap
- Own the full product lifecycle including ideation, requirements, development, testing, launch and optimisation
- Drive the launch of Web3-native features such as token sales, staking mechanics and governance tools
- Define, track and analyse revenue and growth KPIs
- Identify and validate growth and monetisation opportunities through experimentation
- Support go-to-market strategies and commercial outcomes
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user and ecosystem research and due diligence
- Monitor post-launch performance and improve reporting and dashboards
- Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Lead projects by defining milestones, managing dependencies and delivering scoped initiatives
