About the Role
You will lead cybersecurity product strategy and delivery. You will build and launch security capabilities, work with research on model reliability, coordinate access and policy decisions, represent the product to security stakeholders, and keep cross-functional work moving across technical and business functions.
Requirements
- Security product, security-team, or hands-on security experience
- Experience building products or businesses from scratch and taking them to paying customers
- Product judgment and technical depth to assess security findings
- Communication with CISOs, researchers, and executives
- 12+ years of product-building and shipping experience
- AI product evaluation and model-behavior knowledge
- Infrastructure or platform experience
- Security and infrastructure technical judgment
- Compliance requirements analysis
Responsibilities
- Set the cybersecurity product portfolio strategy and own results
- Ship security products for vulnerability discovery, remediation, and future capabilities
- Represent cybersecurity products to CISOs, vendors, researchers, governments, and press
- Partner with research to improve model performance on security tasks
- Work with safeguards and policy on model access for cybersecurity
- Coordinate work across research, engineering, sales, safeguards, policy, legal, and communications
