About the Role

You will own the European currency expansion roadmap from alpha through general availability. You will coordinate liquidity providers, banking partners, compliance stakeholders, and engineers; set pricing; make go-live decisions; and improve adoption and repeatable launch processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience delivering complex multi-dependency B2B or infrastructure products
  • Cross-border payments or financial infrastructure experience
  • Experience with payments, FX, card networks, or digital asset products
  • Multi-market product experience across countries or regulatory jurisdictions
  • Operational rigor in managing complex workflows

Responsibilities

  • Own European currency corridor launches from alpha through general availability
  • Track liquidity partner onboarding, settlement readiness, compliance clearance, operational setup, and pricing
  • Run launch readiness reviews and make go or no-go decisions
  • Write specifications and prioritize engineering work
  • Represent product in liquidity provider and banking partner discussions
  • Set pricing and run pricing experiments
  • Translate regulatory requirements into product and engineering decisions
  • Track post-launch trading adoption and address friction
  • Build and improve the regional currency-launch playbook
