About the Role
You will own core product areas from scoping and design through launch and iteration. You will translate agent capabilities into intuitive interfaces, shape information architecture and product flows, prototype solutions, uphold product quality, and turn user research into priorities.
Requirements
- Product management or startup product experience with shipped design-forward software
- Product and visual design expertise
- Information architecture expertise
- Knowledge of LLMs and hands-on experience building with AI
- Technical ability to ship code, prototype, and work deeply with engineers
- Finance experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Own product areas end-to-end from scoping and design through launch and iteration
- Translate agent capabilities into simple and intuitive interfaces
- Own experiences across the core application, search, documents, files, tools, and plugins
- Drive information architecture, product flows, and interface polish with Design
- Prototype in design or code to validate product opportunities
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver capabilities
- Set and uphold standards for product craft and quality
- Research user workflows and turn insights into priorities
