About the Role
You will own the roadmap for Felix, Rogo’s core agent. You will prioritize and ship capabilities, design agent systems and finance workflows, prototype in design or code, measure quality and reliability, research user needs, and bring new AI tools and techniques into the roadmap.
Requirements
- Product management or startup product experience with shipped products
- Deep knowledge of LLMs and agents
- Hands-on experience building with AI tools
- Technical ability to ship code, prototype, and work deeply with engineers
- Finance experience in banking, private equity, or investing is preferred
- Product and design expertise
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap for Felix
- Track agent and model developments and apply them to the roadmap
- Design agent systems and workflows for financial users
- Set and measure quality, accuracy, speed, and reliability standards
- Prototype in design or code to validate product opportunities
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver complex capabilities
- Research sophisticated user workflows and turn insights into priorities
- Experiment with new agent tools and techniques
