About the Role

You will own marketing-site design from concept through production specifications. You will partner with Growth, Marketing, and Web Engineering, design and ship experiments, improve conversion and activation, create responsive visual concepts, prototype in code with AI tools, and maintain the site design system.

Requirements

• 3+ years designing and shipping modern software and web experiences
• Experience designing high-performing marketing sites in production
• Product design experience with product managers and engineers
• A/B testing, conversion rate, activation, retention, and funnel analytics knowledge
• Visual design knowledge including typography, layout, color, and motion
• Systems thinking and component-based design experience
• AI-assisted design experience with Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent tools
• Mobile and responsive design experience
• Communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own marketing-site design from concept to production-ready specifications

• Define success metrics and use results to guide iteration
• Improve conversion, signup, first-run, and activation experiences
• Create visual concepts, motion, and product storytelling
• Design mobile-first responsive experiences
• Prototype in code using AI tools
• Maintain and extend the site design system
