About the Role
You will own member-facing maternity experiences from early concepts through shipped features. You will design maternity journeys end to end, create high-fidelity functional prototypes with AI-assisted coding tools, and develop adaptive AI experiences that connect members to human care at the right time. You will define uncertainty handling and AI fallbacks for high-stakes health contexts, collaborate on MVPs and intuitive model-driven interfaces, and contribute reusable AI-powered design-system patterns.
Requirements
- Use AI tools daily and demonstrate strong prompting skills.
- Create working prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools.
- Have shipped code to production and understand backend architecture and model behavior.
- Demonstrate strong product design craft, including edge cases, micro-interactions, and resilient flows.
- Have experience designing mobile applications and responsive web experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design maternity journeys and features end to end using AI.
- Build functional high-fidelity prototypes with AI-assisted coding tools.
- Design agentic adaptive user experiences that anticipate member needs and connect people to human care.
- Define uncertainty handling, AI fallbacks, and trust mechanisms for health contexts.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Clinical, and Data to scope MVPs and ship interfaces.
- Contribute scalable AI-powered patterns to the design system.
