About the Role
You will independently own product design for features and workflows across the platform, from discovery through delivery. You will conduct user research, create flows and prototypes, collaborate with product managers and engineers, contribute to the design system, explain design decisions, use behavioral insights to iterate, and support junior designers.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in product or UX design within a SaaS or digital product environment
- Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Ability to handle end-to-end design for product features independently
- Understanding of UX research methods
- Portfolio showing problem framing and design solutions
- Clear and confident communication
- Attention to accessibility and inclusive design best practices is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own design execution for platform features and workflows
- Lead customer interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers
- Contribute to and maintain the design system
- Communicate design decisions and trade-offs
- Use data and behavioral insights to validate design solutions
- Support junior designers through feedback and collaboration
