About the Role
Join Hanover Park's product design team to shape how fund CFOs, operations leads, and LPs interact with critical workflows. Own the visual language, design system, user research, and pixel-level craft while working directly with founders, engineers, and users across complex finance domains.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating work on complex, data-heavy interfaces.
- Strong visual craft and pixel-perfect execution.
- Experience building or evolving a design system in a fast-moving product.
- Comfort conducting user research directly.
- Figma fluency and experience handing off implementation-ready specifications.
- Fintech, accounting software, or enterprise SaaS background is a plus.
- Experience designing at a seed-to-Series B startup is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design major product surfaces, including LP experiences, fund workflows, and data storytelling.
- Extend and harden the design system across a complex platform.
- Conduct user research directly with fund CFOs, operations leads, and LPs.
- Synthesize research findings into product decisions.
- Produce implementation-ready specifications for engineers.
- Develop Hanover Park's long-term visual language.
