About the Role
You explore and shape ideas based on user and business needs, lead small to medium-sized projects, and deliver UX and UI design across product journeys. You prototype and test solutions, apply design systems, improve accessibility, communicate design rationale, collaborate with product and engineering partners, and support peer development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Experience contributing to multiple shipped projects
- Skills in visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture
- Understanding of user-centered design methodologies
- Experience using and contributing to design systems
- Knowledge of user research processes and customer behavior
- Ability to communicate design decisions and rationale
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering
