About the Role
Assist in designing and developing interactive product features, improve the user experience for beginner and professional cryptocurrency traders, support user research by collecting feedback and observing user behavior, conduct industry and competitor research, collaborate with developers and designers, and refine user flows.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Passionate about technology, blockchain, trading, or finance
- Detail-oriented and highly proactive
- Fluent communication in Chinese and English
- Able to work at least two remote days per week
- Available for an internship of at least six months
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing interactive product features
- Support improvements to the user experience for beginner and professional traders
- Conduct user research tasks including collecting feedback and observing user behavior
- Analyze user research findings and report insights
- Perform basic industry research and competitor analysis under guidance
- Collaborate with developers and designers to implement interactive ideas
- Refine existing user flows and identify opportunities for improvement
