About the Role

You will lead complex product design from problem framing through launch. You will develop design strategy, user journeys, and high-fidelity prototypes; conduct and synthesize research; evolve the design system; communicate design rationale; mentor designers; and improve product workflows while balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience
• Experience owning complex consumer-facing mobile or desktop digital products
• Track record leading end-to-end design initiatives from strategy through launch
• Experience building or scaling design systems
• Portfolio demonstrating problem framing, execution, and shipped work
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and executive stakeholders
• Understanding of technical constraints and trade-offs

Responsibilities

• Shape product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap
• Own cross-functional product initiatives from concept through launch
• Translate business and user problems into design frameworks, user journeys, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Articulate design rationale using user insights, data, and business objectives
• Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research
• Establish, scale, and evolve the design system
• Provide design mentorship, critique, feedback, and guidance
• Champion user-centric decisions while balancing technical constraints and business priorities
• Improve product experiences, workflows, and internal processes
• Apply emerging design patterns, technologies, and industry trends
