About the Role

You lead the technical direction of system-level manufacturing tests, translate product requirements into test strategies, and solve complex test issues across boards, blades, and rack-level systems. You define and maintain test platforms, fixtures, and diagnostics while partnering with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams and mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• Experience in PCBA and system product validation
• Experience with manufacturing testing in production environments
• Understanding of electronics fundamentals and PCBA, blade, and rack-level manufacturing processes
• Proficiency with Linux command-line environments
• Experience operating test equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, clock generators, SMUs, and PSUs
• Problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of PCIe Gen5/6, Ethernet, DC-SCM, and IPMI
• Experience with server and data-center functional testing
• Experience developing platform-level manufacturing test programs
• Proficiency in C, Python, or Java
• Experience with Git revision control
• Experience with Statistical Process Control, run charts, and control charts
