About the Role

Own the technical architecture and delivery of Android and iOS Trading Bot experiences, contribute to Copy Trading, lead large technical initiatives, improve stability and performance, mentor engineers, and help integrate AI into product and engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years building and shipping production Android or iOS applications.
• Staff or Principal-level Android or iOS expertise.
• Deep Kotlin knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of multi-module architecture, dependency constraints, binary compatibility, and platform performance.
• Experience leading mid-sized to large projects end to end.
• Experience improving architecture and engineering quality in large legacy codebases.
• Technical strategy and business sense.
• Trading or fintech client-side experience, including order placement, market data, and asset management.
• Ability to influence, mentor, provide design guidance, and build cross-team alignment.
• Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship from OKX.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and delivery of the Android and iOS Trading Bot codebase.
• Contribute to Copy Trading and improve code quality, stability, and performance.
• Lead Kotlin/Swift-to-Rust/UniFFI migration, modularization, and binary-compatibility initiatives.
• Reduce crash, ANR, startup-performance, and memory hotspots.
• Shape technical solutions with product and business stakeholders.
• Drive the Trading Bot roadmap and AI-powered bot experiences.
• Improve engineering capabilities through training and knowledge-sharing.
• Mentor engineers and raise technical proficiency.
• Explore AI integration in business scenarios and engineering workflows.
