About the Role
You will shape product and service strategy, lead customer experience planning for launches, design service blueprints, build AI-powered workflows, provide data-driven recommendations, influence senior stakeholders, and lead cross-functional initiatives through execution.
Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant experience in product operations, service design, business operations, strategy, or program management
- Experience implementing AI workflows or AI-assisted systems in production
- Experience with service design or service blueprinting
- Experience improving cross-functional launch or release processes
- Ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, CX, Legal, and Compliance
- Experience leading organizational change
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
