About the Role
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI infrastructure, agent platforms, and application products. Define roadmaps and technical requirements, lead product development, document product and technical requirements, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in technical product management.
- Strong technical background and experience delivering complex technical products at scale.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with technical teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product roadmap for AI and agent platform or application components.
- Define and prioritize technical requirements for AI features with science and engineering teams.
- Lead product development from conception through launch.
- Write PRDs, technical specifications, and business requirements.
- Develop success metrics and analyze product performance.
- Collaborate with UX teams across Alexa-enabled devices and surfaces.
- Partner with Science, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal stakeholders.
- Balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to apply emerging AI technologies.
