About the Role

You will lead product cybersecurity across robotic platforms, define security requirements and assurance strategies, maintain risk and audit documentation, support certification, establish incident-response processes, oversee fleet security monitoring, and represent security in customer and regulatory engagements.

Requirements

• Experience with ISO 27001, ISO 27004, ISO 27005, and the NIST Risk Management Framework
• Experience owning security risk management for regulated safety-critical products
• Working knowledge of IEC 62443
• Understanding of engineering development lifecycles, systems engineering, and functional safety
• Ability to interpret penetration-test reports
• Ability to author risk-prioritized remediation action plans
• Structured communication of security risk arguments

Responsibilities

• Lead product security delivery across the development lifecycle
• Develop security engineers
• Define product security requirements
• Advise on security implementation standards and toolchains
• Maintain security management plans, TARA reports, risk assessments, and remediation plans
• Drive lifecycle security assurance and certification
• Conduct information-assurance reviews and risk assessments
• Review risk mitigation plans and security documentation
• Establish product security incident-response processes
• Define fleet security monitoring requirements
• Support product security bids and proposals
• Represent product security in customer, partner, and regulatory engagements
