About the Role
You will design, deploy, and manage servers, networks, cloud services, and endpoints. You will monitor performance and costs, perform updates and backups, administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, support end users, resolve incidents, maintain documentation, enforce security controls, conduct audits, and deliver infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies servers networks and endpoint management
- Experience with Azure or GCP
- Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with Jira or ServiceNow
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience with Fortinet or comparable network technologies
- Scripting skills with PowerShell or Python
- CompTIA Network+ CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator certification preferred
- Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy objects such as computers and peripherals
Responsibilities

- Manage Microsoft 365 Active Directory and critical IT services
- Implement cloud-based solutions for business and IT requirements
- Monitor cloud resource utilization and costs
- Provide technical support for hardware software and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests
- Maintain IT procedures configurations and infrastructure documentation
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Lead or participate in IT infrastructure projects
- Coordinate IT requirements with departments and stakeholders
