About the Role
In this internship, you will provide hands-on technical support and help investigate and resolve business-impacting issues. You will maintain and monitor network infrastructure, configure hardware and software, troubleshoot problems, document processes, support infrastructure projects, and recommend improvements based on emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Target graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP DNS DHCP and LAN/WAN technologies
- Familiarity with Windows Linux/Unix and virtualization technologies
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts including AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to collaborate with global teams
- Self-motivation and intellectual curiosity
- Accountability and ownership
- Ability to handle pressure and time constraints with composure
- Experience with Python or PowerShell is a plus
- Familiarity with Ansible Puppet or Chef is a plus

- Previous infrastructure-related internship or hands-on experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor network infrastructure
- Support the implementation and configuration of servers routers switches firewalls and software
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis
- Implement solutions to technical problems
- Contribute to infrastructure projects including system upgrades and migrations
- Document infrastructure processes procedures and configurations
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Provide hands-on support to trading desks
- Help define technology requirements
