About the Role

You will lead the technical direction of manufacturing test solutions for host processor modules, server blades, and multi-node rack systems. You will own test executive software architecture, develop manufacturing test content, collaborate across hardware, firmware, and software, and improve production quality through data-driven testing.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience developing manufacturing test solutions for high-performance servers, accelerators, or comparable large-scale compute hardware
  • Technical leadership experience as an individual contributor
  • Deep understanding of silicon, board, and system design
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with software, firmware, and platform teams
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, OpenBMC, vendor-specific test tools, diagnostics, and system-level utilities
  • Software engineering skills with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar
  • Familiarity with rack-scale and multi-node systems
  • Experience with high-speed interconnects
  • Experience improving manufacturing KPIs through data-driven test optimization
  • Knowledge of open-source manufacturing test, system bring-up, and hardware diagnostic tools
  • Experience designing product testability and diagnosability features

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical direction of manufacturing test solutions
  • Own the architecture of test executive software
  • Develop manufacturing test content for complex hardware
  • Enable reliable and efficient testing throughout production
  • Drive requirements and delivery with hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, and quality teams
  • Perform complex hardware debugging and root-cause analysis
  • Mentor other engineers
  • Improve manufacturing quality through data-driven testing
