About the Role
This senior individual contributor role reports to the CTO and works closely with the founders and other senior engineers. The Principal Engineer will drive technical initiatives from concept to completion, make high-impact decisions, translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps, oversee milestones, optimize system architectures, resolve technical challenges, and research technologies across fintech, crypto, and blockchain.
Requirements
- Comfortable working with financial data, metrics, and general investment concepts
- 4+ years in a Software Engineer or similar senior role
- 2+ years in fintech, crypto, or blockchain projects
- Proven success delivering complex projects
- Strong problem-solving abilities and modern engineering knowledge
- Comfortable working as an individual contributor in a small, flat team
- Must be based in or near Jabodetabek and able to commute to the office as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field is helpful but not required
- Familiarity with Golang, TypeScript, RPC, SQL, Ethereum, Solana, and Bitcoin is a plus

- Drive end-to-end technical implementations from concept to completion
- Serve as a top-level technical expert making high-impact strategic decisions
- Collaborate with the CTO and C-level leaders on technical roadmaps
- Lead technical requirements and oversee project milestones
- Design, build, and optimize system architectures
- Analyze technical challenges and propose reliable solutions
- Research and recommend technologies in crypto, blockchain, and fintech
