About the Role
You will spearhead critical technical initiatives for a special project, reporting directly to the CTO and working closely with the founders. As a senior individual contributor with no direct reports, you'll collaborate in a small, flat team with other senior ICs to drive cutting-edge fintech and crypto solutions. You'll drive technical implementations from concept to completion, act as a top-level technical expert making high-impact decisions, and work closely with the CTO and other C-level leaders to translate high-level goals into actionable technical roadmaps. You'll oversee project milestones, design and optimize system architectures alongside fellow senior ICs, identify technical issues and propose resolutions, and stay current on crypto, blockchain, and fintech trends to drive continuous innovation.
Requirements
- Comfortable working with financial data, metrics, and general investment concepts
- 4+ years in a Software Engineer or similar senior role
- 2+ years in fintech, crypto, or blockchain projects
- Proven success delivering complex projects
- Strong problem-solving abilities with practical knowledge of modern engineering practices
- Comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a small, flat team structure
- Must be based in or near Jabodetabek and able to commute to the office as needed
