About the Role
You will lead the technical design and delivery of agentic and LLM-driven systems. You will build agent orchestration, evolve autonomous coding pipelines from task to PR, implement LLMOps (model routing, proxies, cost controls), and provide production observability. You will write code, review PRs, debug production issues, evaluate new models, set quality and cost metrics, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Significant recent work with LLM and agent systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google)
- Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
- Direct experience designing and building multi-agent or agentic workflows
- Mastery of backend development, distributed systems, and Python
- Strong LLMOps skills including CI/CD for AI systems, observability, and cost attribution
- Experience deploying AI coding agents or developer tooling to engineering teams
- Ability to influence technical direction and build consensus across an organization
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for AI and agentic systems
- Design and build agent orchestration and autonomous coding pipelines
- Implement and own LLMOps infrastructure including model routing and LLM proxy
- Establish metrics, observability, and evaluation frameworks for agent output
- Control and attribute AI costs and implement spend controls
- Write code, review pull requests, and debug production issues
- Recruit, mentor, and grow engineering talent
- Evaluate and integrate new models, frameworks, and techniques
- Audit delivery pipeline gates and automate or justify human decision points
- Partner with AI Enablement to support business team AI adoption
