About the Role
You will intake, execute, and track requests to collect electronically stored information. You will maintain workflow records, communicate request status to stakeholders, validate collected data, deliver it accurately and on time, and improve eDiscovery processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of the eDiscovery process and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model
- Familiarity with electronic data preservation, collection, and analysis
- Familiarity with email, social networks, instant messaging, wikis, and blogs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Intake, execute, and track requests to collect electronically stored information
- Log and update request progress in the workflow database
- Communicate request status with legal, security, compliance, and business stakeholders
- Ensure collected data is accurate and meets search requirements
- Deliver data accurately and on time
- Refine and document eDiscovery processes
