About the Role

You will develop and execute creative materials from briefing and concepting through production, with guidance from the creative director and design leads. You will own high-priority projects, maintain design consistency across brand touchpoints, and collaborate with global stakeholders. You will streamline production processes, help evolve brand guidelines and assets, maintain an omnichannel marketing approach, and support mentorship and cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Brand or Visual Designer in an in-house and/or agency role
• Experience working with global brands and/or clients
• Experience as a design generalist across brand, social media, experiential, web, motion, and 3D
• Hands-on creative direction experience
• Proficiency using AI as a creative and productivity tool

• Develop and execute creative materials from briefing through concepting, execution, and production
• Own high-priority projects and deliver senior-level design work
• Ensure design consistency and excellence across product design, campaigns, web pages, and event design
• Partner with global cross-functional stakeholders
• Streamline production processes for efficiency
• Maintain an omnichannel approach across marketing disciplines
• Define and evolve brand guidelines and asset requirements
