About the Role
You own end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise AI engagements. You create reference architectures and adoption playbooks, lead technical discovery and evaluations, define quality standards, embed regulatory controls, resolve delivery friction, mentor engineers, and represent AI solution capabilities externally.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering, solutions architecture, or AI/ML engineering experience
- At least 5 years leading solution architecture for production AI systems at enterprise scale
- Experience designing multi-agent systems with Vertex AI Agent Engine, Google ADK, and LangGraph
- Experience with RAG architecture, vector search, LLM integration, and MCP tool ecosystems
- Experience engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders
- Fluency in OSFI E-23, OSFI B-13, OSFI B-10, PIPEDA, AIDA, and Quebec Law 25 requirements
- Experience designing AI solution evaluation programmes
- Experience leading enterprise-scale AI technical discovery and feasibility assessments
- Exceptional technical communication
- External technical presence in enterprise AI, financial services AI, or responsible AI

- Own end-to-end solution architecture for complex AI engagements
- Author AI solution patterns, integration blueprints, and architectural decision records
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for strategic AI programmes
- Define and own the AI solution adoption playbook
- Provide technical positions in cross-function solution governance forums
- Lead proof-of-concept and technical validation programmes
- Define function-wide AI solution quality standards
- Identify and resolve systemic solution delivery friction
- Mentor Senior and Staff AI Solutions Engineers
- Present enterprise AI adoption patterns at industry forums
