About the Role
You will advise clients on private-markets data and products, shape workflows, and promote best-practice adoption. You will coordinate onboarding, adoption, and renewals, identify account-growth opportunities, resolve issues with internal partners, and improve the post-acquisition client experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Client Experience, or client-facing roles within finance, SaaS, technology, or related industries
- Client relationship management skills
- Client workflow and product expertise
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build consultative partnerships with client subject matter experts, super-users, and stakeholders
- Partner on client onboarding, adoption, and renewal
- Align Preqin capabilities with client objectives
- Develop expertise in Preqin data, eFront, Aladdin, client workflows, and analytics
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Resolve issues and bring client feedback into product roadmap planning
- Improve post-acquisition support processes and client experience
