About the Role
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers and agents at a premium agency. You will support liquidity needs, reconcile daily premium-point transactions, record cash-management activity in the treasury system, request funds for rebalancing, and report discrepancies and counterfeit bills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of cashier experience in cash management, reconciliation, liquidity management, cash handling, or delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Experience in front-office customer service or banking
- Fluency in English
- Work authorization in The Gambia
Responsibilities
- Support nearby agents with liquidity deposits and withdrawals
- Assist agents and clients with accounts, the app, physical cards, and other offerings
- Maintain daily reconciliation of premium points
- Record cash-management transactions in the treasury system
- Request funds for agent and client rebalancing
- Report discrepancies and operational challenges to the Premium Cash Officer
- Report counterfeit bills to leadership
