About the Role

You will work as part of the sales cycle to bridge the capabilities of AlphaSense's technology with the domain-specific needs and workflows of clients. You will drive value for clients while also championing their perspective and playing a critical role in defining future use cases for key personas including Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, and Hedge Funds.

Requirements

  • Business proficiency in both German and English
  • 2+ years' experience in a Financial Services role, or directly supporting Financial Services clients in a fintech/SaaS organisation, with exposure to workflows in at least one of: Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, or Hedge Funds
  • Demonstrated interest in the transformative potential of AI for the financial sector and knowledge of the competitive landscape for GenAI in Financial Services
  • Proven capacity to engage stakeholders at all levels and explain technical solutions to business-oriented audiences
  • Ability to conduct evaluations of varying lengths/forms e.g. on-site workshops, whiteboard sessions, multi-call demos
  • Ability to thrive on autonomy and drive workflow transformation at large financial firms
  • Consultative client-facing experience distilling complex issues into simple terms
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and distill client feedback to GTM, Product, and Content teams
  • Relevant experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM teams to drive commercial outcomes by collaborating with Account Executives to own and run product evaluations
  • Build and curate Financial Services use cases through targeted discovery into clients' research workflows and pain points
  • Forge and maintain strong client relationships by engaging directly with investment professionals at financial institutions
  • Contribute to product development by translating client feedback into product and content improvement requests
