About the Role
You will lead pre-construction for large-scale GPU data center projects. You will review designs for constructability, evaluate sites, develop scope packages and RFPs, manage general-contractor pre-construction services, analyze costs, and prepare project handoffs.
Requirements
- Experience leading pre-construction for large-scale data center, industrial, or mission-critical projects
- Experience conducting constructability reviews across electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil disciplines
- Experience with site due diligence, scope packages, RFPs, and general-contractor pre-construction services
- Experience with construction cost analysis through GMP
- Experience building and scaling project teams across regions and time zones
- Ability to travel 20–30% to sites
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-construction for large-scale GPU data center projects
- Run constructability reviews across electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil designs
- Perform site evaluations and determine site-specific delivery requirements
- Develop construction scope packages and RFPs
- Manage general-contractor pre-construction services and negotiations
- Analyze construction costs from concept through GMP
- Build handoff packages for Construction Managers
- Partner on contract terms and risk allocation
